About the company and service we provide
We pride ourselves on our friendly and quick service. We work with you on appointment times and typically come out to you nights and weekends. The times that work for you. If we decide we'll be there at 7pm, you'll see us at 7pm.
We enjoy providing you great service at an affordable price. The majority of our business is word of mouth, so please tell a friend!
Currently there are three technicians. We have been working together for the past 2 years and combined have over 30 years of experience with everything from Windows 3.1 to Windows 7. We have experience in web design, and SEO (search engine optimization).
Two of us hold Bachelors degrees in Computer Science/Information Systems, and we all hold a variety of Microsoft and Comptia certifications.
Our specialties include: Symantec Anti-Virus, Symantec Back-up Exec, FTP, PGP, Forefront Client Security, Computer Forensics Analysis, virus removal, upgrades, NAS (Network Access Storage), laptops, desktops, servers, medical applications.
There are so many computer issues we can help with there is too many to list, please call or email us your specific issue and we will let you know if we can help or can refer you to someone who can.
For our residential customers we come when most of you need us, after 6pm and on weekends, at no extra charge!
For our business customers we are very flexable and will schedule a time during when you want us.
