For 99% of our work we come to you and will do the work right in your home!
If you are not comfortable with that or have a busy schedule we can take your computer and work on it, then return it to you within 48 hours, good as new, at the same prices! Or if it is something we both feel can be completed remotely we can do that too and you get a discount!
You will find our prices are lower than the "Geeks" in-store prices.
What will it cost me, at my home?
All work is billed at a 1 hour minimum then in half-hour increments.
General Computer Problems: $50 an hour. This includes frequent crashing, freezing, a problem with video, or a problem with sound, or basic computer training.
$30 an hour for Remote Assistance.
Virus and Spyware Removal: $65 an hour. We will remove viruses or spyware from your computer without the loss of any data.
$45 an hour for Remote Assistance.
PC Upgrades: $45 flat rate for most components, no hourly charge.
Networking: $50 flat rate for up to 2 computers wired or wireless, each additional computer is $15.
Custom Built Computers: You pay our cost for the parts, plus 15% install fee. A $400 parts computer would cost you $460.
What will it cost me, at my business?
All work is billed at a 4 hour minimum then in half-hour increments.

Virus and Spyware Removal: $65 an hour. We will remove viruses or spyware from your computer without the loss of any data.
Networking: $180 flat rate for up to 10 computers wired or wireless, each additional computer is $15. (If ethernet outlets are required there is an additional cost)
Migration/Data Transfer: $30 an hour (minimum of 8 hour day).
Data Recovery: $150 flat fee, only if we recover what was lost. (72 hour maximum turn-around time)
Website Design: Prices range from $350-$2000 depending on how many pages and the complexity of the site desired.
For our residential customers we come when most of you need us, after 6pm and on weekends, at no extra charge!
For our business customers we are very flexible and will schedule a time during when you want us.
